Mrs. Maninder Kakkar
A dynamic personality with 26 years of experience in Education Industry. She has effortlessly performed roles Both of Educator and Administrator in her past ventures. Her recent tenure at Army Public School as a Principal has brought many laurels for her as well as for the institution.
She has demonstrated instructional leadership to enhance school effectiveness by improving instruction and augmenting student performance. Her stint as an Educator started at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Gujrat in 1990. She has been at the forefront in providing support at AWWA Tutorials (Army Wives Welfare Association) and acted as a valuable Representative of the association. She has facilitated lectures in Junior colleges in Hyderabad. She was selected as Head Examiner for Dehradun by CBSE in 2003 and Chief Inspector for AISSE in 2015. Numerous times, she had called on CBSE to examine practicals in nearby schools.
She holds Masters as well as Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (Honours) and given many workshops in enhancing teaching strategies for Chemistry Teachers. She has always been appreciated by the management and the parents alike for her efforts in organizing essential activities and functions for both Teachers and Students during her tenure as Principal in Darshan Academy, Nasik, and Army Public School, Nagrota. She has been guiding force amongst her colleagues and holds very high grounds than the contemporary Principals in the nearby regions. She is loved by her students and Teachers look up to her as an Inspiration and Guiding figure. She has delivered many soft skills and capacity building programs for Teachers in CBSE Schools on topics like CCE, Co-Scholastic aspect of CCE, Leadership and Team management, Professional Ethics for Teachers, Communications skills, Life skills etc. She has brought many accolades to our organization by some of our very prestigious clients. She is well versed in Technology and completed NIIT based SWIFT – India certificate course in 2000. She is a very humble person who always ready to lend support to any individual seeking her help.
Dr. Vijay Kansal
Dr. Kansal has rich experience of more than 30 years in Healthcare Industry. An Alumni of Aligarh Muslim University, Dr. Kansal had also been the President of Aligarh Medicos Association, Delhi. He was appointed as Director & Head Physio-occupational therapy at IERT Allahabad. In his early days, he had worked with the most prestigious institution in India i.e. AIIMS in the Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation and Consultant orthopedic surgeon at Delhi Council for Child Welfare. He has worked with other renowned institutions like Safdarjung Hospital and Nazareth Hospital.
He is Lifetime Member of Indian Medical Association and Indian Association of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He was awarded as Deputy Commander at St. Johns Ambulance brigade hence he is a Certified Trainer & Examiner for First Aid and CPR at St. John Ambulance. He has been Conducting health programs on First Aid & CPR, Hepatitis B, HIV / AIDS, Weight Management, Critical Disease awareness, Posture training, etc. in many educational Institutions. He is well known in Kendriya Vidhalaya group for conducting Health programmes on First Aid, Health & Nutrition and has been Medical Advisor to Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan to monitor Health services in all Vidyalayas.
He is known for his philanthropic acts, therefore, He is the Executive member for Voluntary Health Association, Delhi. HSO Civil Defense, Directorate General of Home Guards & Civil Defense under Govt. of NCT Delhi, Indian Red Cross Medical Officer at Airport Health Organisation New Delhi to offer his services to the people in need. Many a time. every year, he organizes hundreds of camps for rehabilitation of physically disabled, flat feet, knock knees and other deformities in school children and providing rehabilitation aids and operations. Given his expertise in the medical field, he has been invited by big corporates such as STAR TV, AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, GlaxoSmithKline, RELAXO, HOTEL HILTON to facilitate workshops for Preventive Healthcare service and Health screening events.
