Hi Ashlesha, It is really great to see that someone is looking to do different in life and a graphic designer is very distinguished yet not considered to be a conventional profession. To be a graphic designer, you must have keen interest in computer applications such as Adobe or Corel draw products. Although there are so many softwares that do graphic editiing however these are widely used and acceptable software. You can go for a certification course or a degree course. Graphic designing is used in both digital and print material so you will work in most of the industries. You can enhance your skills by increasing your knowledge of a particular product by watching it’s tutorial or reading blogs. The education qualification is very minimal as it is purely an art based skill. Rest depends on your hardwork and commitment.
P.S. you can follow websites like Behance or Freepik to see some of the creative work done by professionals in graphic designing.
