We are in time where there are numerous careers, colleges and courses that one can pursue, in this scenario it’s quite common to get confused and unable to find what’s suitable for oneself. To clear this confusion of students, specially at the age when they are unaware and need to make this crucial decision, we conducted ‘CAREER GUIDANCE PROGRAMME’ in Podar International school, Kolhapur. Through fun activities and discussion, we guided and motivated the students over how they can have a clear mindset and choose a profession that is meant for them. Without sacrificing on their passion and combining it with a financially stable career option is what we aimed to achieve through this workshop.
